What We Are Looking For: 

We are seeking an Admin / Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth scheduling, execution, and documentation of our roofing services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities. 


Responsibilities: 

- Schedule and dispatch service appointments efficiently, considering client needs, technician availability, and geographic logistics. 

- Ensure service teams are adequately prepared with the necessary tools, materials, and instructions for each job. 

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. 

- Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of all service requests, appointments, and completed tasks. - Ensure timely submission and organization of all required documentation. 

- Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Provide regular updates to all stakeholders regarding service status and timelines. - Monitor service standards and compliance with company policies to ensure top-quality service. - Collect customer feedback and provide reports to management on service performance and areas for improvement. 

- Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee onboarding, and communication with bookkeepers. 


Qualifications: 

- Minimum of 2 years in a service coordination or customer service role (experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus). 

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities. 

- Proficiency in service management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to quickly assess problems and implement effective solutions. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and scheduling. 


Compensation : 

- $20.00 - $25.00 based on experience
