Job Summary

Redhammer Roof Group is hiring a Roofing Repair Specialist to perform roof repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems. This role includes operating a company service truck, completing scheduled service work, supporting jobsite safety, and maintaining accurate service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems
• Inspect roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Operate and maintain a company service truck
• Lead and work alongside an assistant technician on service calls
• Keep tools, materials, equipment, and vehicle inventory organized and stocked
• Complete service notes, job documentation, and administrative updates accurately
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite standards
• Provide professional customer service during service visits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of roofing experience in commercial roofing, residential roofing, or both
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems in the field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or training a helper or junior technician
• Experience using service documentation or work order systems
